Meet The Team

Tomasz Aleszczyk is the Founder and Managing Partner of ATP Properties, bringing over 15 years of experience in the European real estate market. With a career spanning senior roles at Echo Investment and Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, he has executed transactions exceeding €1 billion across office, logistics, and residential sectors. A graduate of the IESE Executive MBA, Tomasz combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise, advising leading investors and developers on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategies throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Ruslan Hajduk is a Transactions Manager at ATP Properties, focusing on investment transactions and business development activities. He began his career in real estate, working closely with the founding team of one of Poland’s leading PropTech companies. Over the years, he expanded into business development and investor relations, building a strong network among developers, institutional investors, and funds across CEE. Ruslan is also a Board Member of the ULI Poland Young Leaders group. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Warsaw.
